The Musée du café et cacao (coffee and cocoa museum), located in Trois-Ilets, traces the various stages of the manufacture of coffee and cocoa, two products that have made the settlers wealthy.
Established in 1993, the museum contains historical and ethnographic collections from the Amerindian period to the present day, including the slavery period.
