Emmanuel Mbea, or Melek, is the president of the association Intégration, Développement et Culture (IDC) and founder of the choir 'Gospel Fire'.
The CREFOM was launched on the 31st of January 2014 on the occasion of its inaugural general assembly, at the Ministry of the Oversea in Paris.
The Komité Elie is composed of several associations (Rasine Kaf, Art Sénik, Lantant Pikan and consort) and was created in 1999 (registered in 2008).
