  • To make safe, organise, guide and reassure the residents of disadvantaged neighbourhoods within metropolitan France and the overseas departments
  • To supervise young people from poorer and other neighborhoods (offering help with homework, environmental aid, rehabilitation and renovation of premises, infrastructure assistance etc.) through fun educational tools and teaching the (diverse) values of the Republic
  • To organise cultural events (artistic: concerts, shows, dance, songs, painting, sculpture...)
  • To assist with audio-visual productions (video, short feature film, media: CD, DVD multimedia ...)

  • Refusing the establishment of any quotas, official or unofficial
  • Political education
  • Promoting different expressions of African culture
  • Supporting entrepreneurship in order to foster job creation in the black and mixed populations, and more particularly in the French population
  • Mentoring relating to immigration
  • Restoring rights in relation to the history of slavery, colonization and immigration
