Chaired by Patrick Karam, the Conseil Représentatif des Français d'Outre-Mer (CREFOM) (Representative Council of French Oversea) was founded on the 31st of January 2014 by more than 250 founding members. Its purpose is to develop, promote and defend the Oversea, its territories and citizens within the Republic, and achieve real economic equality.
