Site overview: 
This mural was presented in 1998 on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the abolition of slavery, on the theme "Guadeloupe history on slavery and the abolitions ". It was renovated in May 2012 by various Guadeloupian artists. This work measures 150 meters in length and accounts for the slave trade and the key figures of the rebellion of 1802, such as Louis Delgrès and Joseph Ignace.
