Historical overview:
The Club International Négritude (C.I.N.) was founded in Amiens in 2012. It dealt with the marketing side of the organisation of the Aimé Césaire Centenary in 2013 in Amiens, and organised a Ceremony Tribute to Nelson Mandela on 15th December 2013. On 10th May 2014, the C.I.N. was also present at the Square Aimé Césaire in Amiens as part of the National Day for Remembering the Slave Trade, Slavery and their Abolitions.

The objectives of the Club International Négritude (C.I.N.) are as follows:
- To promote the civilisational values of Black people
- To share the values linked to remembering the slave trade, slavery and their abolition
- To disseminate humanitarian values
- To implement projects relating to cooperation and international solidarity.
