Summary of objectives:
- To help with projects originating from the Oversea
- To encourage cultural debates and discussions at all levels on issues concerning society and the youth of the Oversea
- To propose projects and implement them
- To design, implement, run and manage all forms of intervention that will be likely to support these projects
- To organise and manage activities and cultural or social events, particularly in the context of Africa-Caribbean-Pacific, through the promotion of all forms of expression that support the framework of the association
- To develop a fair and active union between nationals from the Oversea in the areas of the development of a united thinking, the fight against discrimination towards people from the Oversea (Oversea departments, territories and such)
- To promote and defend the culture and identity of people from the Oversea and to respect them through appropriate assistance
- To fight against the denial and apology of genocides and crimes against humanity, regardless of the way that they are expressed, and to defend the moral and material interests, the honour and memory of all the victims, direct or indirect, of slavery, the slave trade and colonisation
- To intervene both as an alert observatory for any infringement of the present social object, and as a laboratory of ideas for the realisation of a universal humanism in the Oversea
