The bronze bust of the Abbé Grégoire is located at the entrance of the house of the Abbé Grégoire, in Emberménil. It was smelted by Joel Huguenin and sculpted by Véronique Marriage. The base of the bust features the open link of a slave chain, also symbolizing the letter 'G'. The bust was inaugurated on the 28th of May 2000 in the presence of Elie Famaro (MRAP), Mr Raymond Cervelle (sub-prefect of Briey) representing Jean Jack Queyranne (Secretary of State for the Oversea).
